CAT 4006 IOS upgrade

I just received a new 4006 with a newer version of IOS running on it. I want to copy that flash image and upgrade the one I already had. Neither switch are in production yet. Does anyone have a good reference page for me to follow about upgrading the flash image. I will probably have to update the router IOS also (layer 3 RSM).

Do you have a Sup2 or a Sup3?For Supervisor2, the upgrade procedures are at.

For layer 3 module(WS-X4232-L3), you can find it at

If you have a Sup3, the upgrade procedures are similar but you would be using an IOS instead
