We are running 3750 ((C3750-IPBASE-M), Version 12.2(25)SEB4).
show env temperature
TEMPERATURE is OK
Is there an OID that we can get to snmp monitor the switch temperature?

Try using the following: 1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.13.1.3
It's the OID for ciscoEnvMonTemperatureStatusTable in CISCO-ENVMON-MIB
09-03-2006 10:24 PM
[root]# snmpwalk -c xxx 1.1.1.1 .1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.13.1.3
[root]# snmpwalk -c xxx 1.1.1.1 .1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.13.1
enterprises.9.9.13.1.1.0 = 13
enterprises.9.9.13.1.4.1.2.1004 = "Switch#1, Fan#1, Status is Normal "
enterprises.9.9.13.1.4.1.3.1004 = 1
enterprises.9.9.13.1.5.1.2.1003 = "Switch#1, PowerSupply#1, Status is Normal, RPS Not Present"
enterprises.9.9.13.1.5.1.3.1003 = 1
enterprises.9.9.13.1.5.1.4.1003 = 2
I am actually looking for a temperature value / reading (say the temp of the switch is x deg C). Pls advise how to do about getting the temp readings.

I'm running into the same problem. From what I can find researching on cisco.com the 3750 isn't capable of returning a temperature reading other than OK or alert. According to the 3750 config guide temperature can be monitored with the following command, but as you can see below even with the latest IOS it's unsupported.
Switch#sh env temperature status
Temperature Value: Not Supported
Temperature State: Not Supported
-----
Switch#sh env temperature
TEMPERATURE is OK

Cat3750 temperature
Case Solution:
According to the Command Reference (see the system env temperature threshold yellow command reference) at
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/customer/docs/switches/lan/catalyst3750/software/release/12.2_55_se/commmand/reference/cli3.html#wp3554701
or http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/switches/lan/catalyst3750/software/release/12.2_55_se/commmand/reference/cli3.pdf
the yellow threshold should be 10 Celsius degrees below the red threshold by default, configurable up to 25 Celsius degrees below the red threshold.
