I have a 2600 router connected to a T1 circuit. The other end of the circuit will be sending data using DLSw. Is this supported in the Cat4k box and what, if any, special config will I need to do on the Cat4k?

No special configuration is required on the Cat4K to pass DLSW traffic but be aware that DLSW is not supported over 802.1Q trunks, only ISL.
