I have a 3924 that I accidentally deleted the flash on it. Since then I've tried to reinstall the ios on it and I keep getting a permission issue. I have attached the error messages down below. I just would like to know how to load my ios back on my switch. As you can tell I've used various commands but It still won't allow me to do this.
