Catalyst & MSFC Memory Upgrades

I am looking for instructions for increasing the memory of 2924, 2948, and 2980 switches. In addition, I need memory increase instructions for MSFC1s and MSFC2s installaed on supervior cards in 65xxs.

I have looked at length without success. Pointers please?
