Catalyst switches' MTBF and MTTR

Hi, anybody out there who knows where can I find information or link

about Catalyst's MTBF and MTTR (if there is)? Also, are the MTBF and MTTR

values defined per module or per system? Thanks in advance for any input.

If I may add another query, I am also looking for links, if there are, about the

the switches' or systems' power factor. As you may notice, I'm in need of

those information because it is one of the RFP requirements.
