CE1/T1 Pri module not detected in IOS configuration

Dear Sir,

We have a cisco 3745 router with the below listed hardware configuration.

Problem is we are not getting access to configure CE1/T1 Pri module.

Is it a software bug.

When we run sh-techsupport we get the slot details with the card details for E1/T1 pri module.

When we give sh runn to check for entry related to E1/T1 pri module but we are not getting it.

Pls advice

System image file is "flash:c3745-is-mz.123-5" IOS PLUS

DRAM=129MB

Flash=64MB

I think this might be a bug. You might want to try a lower Cisco IOS version.

Can you please clarify to me if you are using a NM-1CE1T1-PRI (1-port) or NM-2CE1T1-PRI (2-port). If one of these is the card that you have then your IOS supports these cards, minimum requirements are 12.3 or 12.3T.

Again if one of the above mentioned cards is what you have then you can configure it by,

Router(config)#card type {t1 | e1} slot

Router(config)#controller {t1 | e1} slot/port
