Hi, I recently install Cisco Works (LMS+RWAN+ITEM) in the same mechine with Windows 2000. I've changed the ip address and server name of the server and LMS and RWAN works fine but ITEM have many problems.
The Real Time Dashboard of VHM have an I/O exception, Synthetic Transaction was unable to contact the StServer, and there are three Process Failed DFMISDNUPDATE, STSERVER and VHMINTGRATOR.
Is the same cause of the problems? Have any idea?
