CIC installation

I am very interested to know if anyone has made an installation of a CIC platform in conjuction with CW2000 RWAN & LMS.

If yes I would like to know the features that were obtained by using CIC (e.g. graphical display of the map, events correlation etc...).

I am asking that because of the lack of CIC in depth documentation.
