Are there any modules for the 2621 router that I could insert into the chassis to give me more fastethernet ports than just the two built in ports? If so, how many fastethernet ports can I put into a single chassis?

The only module you can insert is the NM-1E which adds a single ethernet interface (10 Mbit). No more fast ethernet, is a performance issue.
If you need more (and do not care about performance) an alternative solution is a 2950 with several VL:AN trunking into the router finally you might want to get a 3550 layer 3 switch.

Hi,
There infact a few modules and interfaces that can be installed.
For example: you can install a 16 port switch module (10/100) with VLAN support, NM-4E and NM-1E. But as Mr McCabe wrote - there are no FE ports available as a WIC or NM.
