Cisco 7206 Router information

Hi,

1. Can u let me know that how many 2MB links can a cisco 7206 router be populated & its drawbacks

2. Also the no of E3 card in cisco 7206 router

3. Drawback / implication of populating the router with 2MB & E3 card

As i had a req. from a client who needs to commisoned 60x2MB & 60x64K on Cisco 7206 router

Is Cisco 7206 router a good option for this or Cisco 7513 router is suitable

We are also thinking on router redundancy point of view so we are going for 2 nos of Cisco726 router is the solution suitable

hi

hope this link can help u out to find out whether it can bear tht much traffic,load on cpu.

though i hvent seen 7206 with 60 E1s but seen them handling around some 24 E1s and 20 64ks.
