Cisco 9300 IOS XE 17.5.1 - Frames do not switched in static mac

I have the following configuration on a Cisco 9300 : 

interface TenGigabitEthernet1/1/1
switchport access vlan XX
switchport mode access
!
interface TenGigabitEthernet1/1/2
switchport access vlan XX
switchport mode access
!

I have two PCs connected to those interfaces (PC1->Te1/1/1 and PC2->Te1/1/2). When the Switch dynamically learns the MAC address of PC1 (MAC1), it successfully forwards the traffic from PC2 to PC1. However, when I try to add a static entry on the mac address table for PC1 using the following command:

mac address-table static MAC1 vlan XX interface TenGigabitEthernet1/1/1

The switch adds a static entry to the mac address table but doesn't forward the traffic. The show interface TenGigabitEthernet1/1/1 and show interface TenGigabitEthernet1/1/2 show no packet drops. Moreover, by using the monitor capture command on TenGigabitEthernet1/1/2, I see that traffic reaches the switch. 

Any idea?

Only check vlan assign to port 

It must same ad vlan yoh use in static mac

Thanks for your response.

I have double-checked; it is the same VLAN.  

I have also checked the fed MATM by using the following command: 

show platform software fed switch active matm macTable vlan XX

 and the entry exists in the macTable (in the same vlan as the dynamic entry of PC2)

can you ping from PC to PC 1000 times (when you add it MAC manually) and do 

sh platform hardware fed switch active fwd-asic drops exceptions

we need to see which drop is increase

what is the use case here ?

Look  at the explanation of that command - is this what your intention ?

Thanks for your response. No, it isn't about stick mac.  What I have tried to succeed is to make the switch forwarding traffic from Te1/1/1 when the line between Te1/1/1 and PC1 became unidirectional (the line transmits data from Te1/1/1 to PC1 but not in the other direction.). Consider that the interfaces are up. In this case, the switch does not receive any frame from PC1 and is not able to dynamically learn the mac address of PC1.
