I have same thing on bundle interface. When I do clear interface Bundle-Ether3 same happens.

the error you are seeing seems to be due to the following bug: CSCua63901 %MGBL-IFSTATS-3-COUNTER_OVERRUN seen with longevity traffic Integrated-releases 04.03.00.020i.BASE 04.02.03.023i.BASE 04.02.02.013i.BASE This bug is fixed in 4.2.3 and 4.3.0. This bug is purely cosmetic and does not impact the router operations.
