Cisco Works SNMS - Cisco View 6.0 problem

Hello

Have installed Cisco Works SNMS. Now we have two different kinds of Cat4500. One with a SupII and the other with SupIV.

Our customer would like to configure the vlans of a port on each devices. On the Cat4500 with SupII it works (CatOS). But on the Cat4500 with SupIV (IOS) it doesn't work.

Here the different software levels we have installed:

SupIV IOS 12.1(12c)EW2

Device Package Version 5.0 for Cat4000, Version 9.0 for Cat4000 IOS

Download Embedded CiscoView for Cat4000 IOS Version 9.0

Is this actually possible for a SupIV? If yes, any suggestions?

Check if CDOne is installed properly on this switch.

thanks for your answer. but i don't understand what you exactly mean with cdone is installed properly on this switch.

cdone is the base module for cisco works and how should i be able to install this on a switch?
