Hi,
Can we use both IP nat inside and IP nat outside command on the same sub-interface.

No, I guess it cant be done.Suppose you have configured 'ip nat inside' on an interface and then you try to configure 'ip nat outside' on the same interface, your previous config gets overwritten.The basic functionality of NAT defines different inside and outside interfaces.
