We have a customer asking for a Cisco Works upgrade. He has Device Fault Manager Version 1.1 and needs 1.2. He also has Common Management Foundation Version 2.0 and thinks he needs Cisco Works Common Services Version 2.2 for the Device Fault Manager update to work. Would these updates be provided as part of a support contract. If not what products need to be purchased in order to get this upgrade.
