i wanted to download & install cisco works server software, so where do i get that software to get downloaded fully? because i could able to see only the patches of the cisco works server

CiscoWorks is a licensed program and the current version costs US$19,995 list price. Updates are available to registered users with a valid service contract covering that product. The full product is only offered via CD (actually it's multiple CDs) - not as a download.

If you are looking for Ciscoworks LMS then you can get the evaluation CDs.

Please follow these instructions “exactly” for ordering LMS 2.5.1 evaluation CDs:

CiscoWorks Evaluation Software (ordering steps via Cisco Marketplace):

Step 1: Go to the Marketplace site at the link below. Please note that you must login with a Cisco employee (CEC) or authorized Cisco Partner logon and password:

Step 2: Select the link "Collateral & Subscription Store" box.

Step 3: Please select the "Marketing Collateral" link from the navigation menu at the top left corner of this page (below “Store Policies and FAQs” link). Under the Marketing Collateral navigation menu, please select “Network Management Evaluation Kits” for a list of available evaluation kits.

Step 4: Browse the pages of available evaluation and sales kits and use the "Add to cart" and “Checkout” model to place the order for your desired kit using your credit card.
