I have 2 ethernet ports on the router and no L3 switch but normal L2 switch.Planning to segmentize 2 networks with 2 network communicating each other without involving vlan. Can it be done?

If you only have one switch, then the only way to segment it is by using VLANs. With multiple switches, you can connect the router ethernet ports to each and route between them.

Yes, this is possible. All you have to do is configure each of your subnets on the different interfaces on the router. Having different subnets is not VLAN dependent. However, what is it that you're trying to achieve. Perhaps there is another way. By segmenting your IPs, you're not doing anything to limit wour broadcast domain which is usually why you would segment in such a way.
