Hello all,
I have a switch running some new modules (Sup720, WS-6724-SFP).
When trying to view the switch via CiscoView, those new modules are displayed as unsupported.
According to the documentation, the switch is running a supported CatOS version.
The CW2K server version is :
- Win2003 Server
- CW Common Services with SP2 2.2
- Campus Manager 3.3
- Resource Manager Esentials 3.5
- RME Incremental Device Support 3.5
- CView 5.5
I also installed the latest IDU 8.0, but this didn’t solved my problem. It seems that something is still missing.
May I ask your help.
