Ciscoworks ACL Manager templates

Is there any way of populating an ACL Manager template other than by adding each individual ACE?

Ideally, I'd like to be able to copy the cymru.com Bogon list into an editor, tack on the appropriate "deny ip any " to the beginning of each line, and then have a way of pasting the whole acl into a template.

I believe there is an import from text file function somewhere in v 1.5 but can't say for sure.
