I have 2 4006 switches, and each has a Supervisor III module installed. The appropriate SNMP community strings are set along with logging parameters. I have found that Cisco Works cannot manage the Supervisor III module and Campus Manager cannot manage the layer II functions. User Tracking does not display any hosts learned from the CAM table, and Topology Services does not accurately display the switches within the network.
I am running IOS 12.1 on the Sup III
I have Cisco Works 2000 with the latest patches running on Windows 2000.
Has anyone managed to get around this, or fix it?
