I have a few questions regarding deployment.
Im going to install CiscoWorks LMS, RWAN, and VMS. I have a beefy Sun server I want to load the majority of the modules on, but VMS has a few components that only operate on Windows.
CiscoWorks can be installed on Windows or Solaris. Can CiscoWorks VPN/Security Management Solution be partially installed on Solaris and part of it be installed on Windows? Related to that is, if we begin a CiscoWorks deployment in Solaris, do all the pieces of CiscoWorks LMS-RWAN-VMS have to be on a Solaris platform?
Does the Firewall MC, VPN MC, and CSA MC have to run SSL? Should it run SSL? Im thinking about putting it on the same box as the Device Fault Monitor (DFM) and DFM doesnt support SSL.
I heard about the clustering of CiscoWorks servers in a future release. When will clustering of CiscoWorks for Failover and Mirroring hit the roadmap?
