I have organized a network map the way I want it to look and saved it. Once in a while I start up CiscoWorks and I have to start from scratch and re-organize the map. Is there a way to save the map to a file and import it back if this happens? What are my options? I am using Version 3.2 topology services patch version 3.

If you run CW2000 under Unix, the files
/opt/CSCOpx/campus/etc/users/
correspond to the Top.Services maps. You might backup these files to another location from the Unix prompt, and place them back if needed.

What if I am running CW2000 on Windows platform?

Same thing, except CSCOpx is (by default) under the C:\Program files directory.
