Ciscoworks RME 3.5 - Import device "Not Responding"

I have about 30 devices of different types which are in the "Not Responding" category under Import Status.

Using "Management Station to Device" testing gives green "OK"s for SNMPR, SNMPWR and Telnet, but says that the device is "DOWN"

"Show Details" for one of the devices gives:

"Check DB status (running/stopped). Check device class mibset definition in DB.".

I can't find any documentation on this error, nor an explanation of how to carry out its instructions, other than to say that everything appears to be running fine as far as I can tell with the DB.

Can anybody point me in the right direction? Thanks.

Install the latest IDU (if not installed already). If that does not fix it, then re-init the db and then add the devices again. Will loose the data if you don't have a backup available.

Thanks - am working on getting the IDU done at the moment. Do you believe that the error specifically indicates an IDU issue then?

I'm on IDU 5 currently though, and it's failing to add (for example) a 7206VXR - not exactly cutting edge...
