Cleaning up "Boot variable" entries after Native IOS to CatOS on 6500

I just went through all the steps to convert my native IOS 6500 to Hybrid CatOS/IOS. The switch boots fine, but when I do a Switch Console to get to the MSFC, even though the MSFC does come online, there are some old, "extra" entries in the 'BOOT variable".

The output of a show boot gives:

Router#show boot

BOOT variable = sup-slot0:c6msfc2-jsv-mz.121-19.E1.bin,1;bootflash:c6msfc2-jsv-mz.121-19.E1.bin,1

The entry that I want in there is the last one (bootflash:c6msfc2-jsv-mz.121-19.E1.bin). But I can't find out how to get rid of the other ones.

I did find good documentation on how to clear the variable, and do prepend, etc. here - http://www.cisco.com/en/US/partner/products/hw/switches/ps708/products_configuration_guide_chapter09186a00800eb76f.html

But, that explains how to do it from a "Console(enable)" prompt of the CatOS (and that is OK), not the "Router#" prompt of the MSFC. There has got to be a way to get rid of all those other (incorrect) entries in front of the one that I want.

Any thoughts? I'm thinking perhaps I've been looking to close at this for to long and am missing how to clean that up.

Thanks!

Do you see "boot system flash sup-slot0:c6msfc2-jsv-mz.121-19.E1.bin" in the output of sh run? If you, do a "no boot system flash sup-slot0:c6msfc2-jsv-mz.121-19.E1.bin" from config t mode.
