Command saveallcnf on a MGX

One of my customer would like to save all the configuration for an MGX.

We are using the command saveallcnf but, then, we are not able to connect with ftp client.

Every user we try to log we always receive the message login failed.

How can I connect through ftp to the MGX?

Does anybody could suggest me how to connect to the MGX?
