How can I set higher speed fop console port speed. I need transfer data across Xmodem with higher speed then 9600.

Yes, you can if your terminal emulation program supports that.

Most devices support 57600 baud, some even more. Simply try it, if the chosen speed is not supported by your router, an error message will occur.
How to (realy easy):
conf t
line con 0
speed 57600

Thx it is bright, but I have crash IOS. I need set console speed in ROMMON if it is possible.

In rommon try this command, I tried it with a 3550 and it works fine:
SET BAUD 576000
