I am freshly installed LMS 2.1 on a WIN2K SP2 server. I've done this to another server with no errors and working fine.
With this one, I installed CD One 5th Edition and RME 3.4. I found "could not create the Java virtual machine" in most of my logs in the log directory.
I can sign on to the application but when I added a new device in RME,
I've got "Server started by Admin request" in my summary report and there is
no add processing going on. Does any one know why and help me to resolve the problem please ? Thanks in advance/Elsie

Try Netscape to see if this is a browser problem or else.

Thanks. But Netscape is not the bank's standard so we do not have it on our server and/or workstation. The popup I keep receiving from the system is
"Application popup: diskWatcher.exe - Application Error : The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000022). Click on OK to terminate the application. "
I received the above for almost all executables of cw2k. I uninstalled cw2k,
cleaned up the files and directory and regrestry as well. Installed again, same errors. I do not have any clue. Need help please.

The server has LMS 2.1 working fine is 4-way and all on stepping level 1.
The problem server is also 4-way, 3 of them are on stepping level 4 and the other is on stepping level 1. Can cw2k support different stepping levels ?
