I am having problems access a single host on our main internal network from other networks. This is the only host I'm having problems with.
From the same network this host is accessible from all points. From other internal networks not traversing a firewall I am unable to ping or access the host.
From a host in sepearate network connected to my main network by a router at 10.77.0.1 this is the response.
int_sw (enable) ping 10.41.10.234
ping: Time Exceeded response from 10.77.0.1
ping: Time Exceeded response from 10.77.0.1

Any thoughts on why this is not working would be appreciated. My initial thought has been the host mask was wrong but this doesn't appear to be the case. The host in question is a specialized voice device. So the ip/mask isn't as clear cut as a Windows workstation.

In most cases, connectivityproblems to a single host from outside it's own ip network are due to an incorrect default gateway set on the device, or none set at all. This may very well be the case here.

please give the network mask you are using, ip of the host you make the ping, and ip of a host you can success ping....
