CRWS locks in IE

Please Help ! I am a newbie to Cisco and when trying to run the CRWS it locks up on the intial page. i have a 836 DSL over ISDN router.

pinging from router to PC and PC to router is fine.

my PC operating system is XP SP2

Can any one give me some pointers please.

Switch to SDM instead of CRWS which is good one...
