CW2000 4 edition doesn't works on Windows 2000 Server

I have installed CW2000 edition 4 on Windows 2000 Server but doesn't works.

I do not receive the username and password field on the first start of the web page, in Cookies field there is an ?.

I have found that there are 2 process not running:

Apache WebServer

JRUN Proxy Server for CW2000

All the server and client prerequisites are ok:

Windows2000 Server english version SP1/ pentium 999mhz, 512mb ram and so on...

IE 5.5 SP1, JVM 5.0.0.3310, cookies and java script enabled

on the same computer there is installed: DNS Server and SNMP Agents, previously there was installed Internet Information Services 5.0, now is disinstalled.

I have already install CW2000 4 edit on WNT 4.0 and works.

I have tried to start manually:JRUN Proxy Server for CW2000

in this situation I am able to logon on CW2000 server cookies is ok, but Apache WebServer doesn't start,

Could you help me.

Have you checked to see that 'Accept all cookies' in your web browser is checked?. Also try stopping/starting the CW2000 process from the CLI and try again. You can use net stop crmdmgtd stop/start from a DOS window for this.

cookies are not all accepted, I have stopped and started CRMDMGTD from dos windows but doesn't works.

Hello Antonio,

I have a similar problem and putting the JRunProxyServer service on automatic solved the problem, this is a know workaround supplied by cisco.
