Cw2000 - SNMP Read Only

Our business partner has granted us SNMP Read only to their Cisco Router Equip to give our Cw2000 visability.

How do we config ANI Server to manage a device with only the ro community string avail.

We have tried to config but it doesnt work: i.e

192.168.100.1:readonlystring

I cant find anthing specific on the Web site.

use the suppplied snmp string but substitute your string in where public is. The key is the colons. Yo must make sure there is six.

EX

*.*.*.*:public::::::public

*.*.*.*:yourrostring::::::public

in the discovery settings use the ip address of your sed router. HTH
