I have CWSI installed on my network and get the following error on my screen the whole day : Link down on a Cisco 1900 switch somewhere - please help

What version of CWSI is this and where in CWSI it's showing a link down for this Cat1900?. Did you verify that the link is indeed down for this Cat1900 or else?

CWSI version 2.4 (patch 1)- - -there is no 1900 down on the network - all up and running. The error appears on the screen - it cannot be a syslog message as syslog is not supported for the 1900 switches.
