Hello,
I have problem with setting default getway on computer. Do I have to set up ip address of default getway from subnet that my local computer ip address belongs to??? Can I set up ip address of default getway that is next hop router (after my first in way router to Internet)??? If I set ip address of default getway that is not in my computer subnet do I can expect any trouble (NAT, PAT) ???
Thank you.

Yes your default gateway needs to be on the same subnet as your machine IP address. Your communication to your default-gateway will be at Layer-2. The default-gateway will then switch your packets to outside of your network at layer-3.
Your computer will not be able to get to a default-gateway that is not on the same subnet.

Your IP address and your default-gateway must be on the same network.
Example:
PC IP address - 192.168.1.1
PC SubNetMAsk - 255.255.255.0 (Class C)
PC Defaul-Gateway - 192.168.1.254
You can not have (for example) the PC default-gateway - 192.168.1.254 (this is the default-gateway for the next class C network).
Hope to be helpful.
Regards
