delete html folder failed in switch

i want to delete html folder in 2924 switch. it's failed. please help!

Hi Sam,

Once you are into html directory then you need to delete all the files into html directory one by one.

I believe now you are into flash:/html/ directory so start deleting individual files one by one and yes in your html directory there is another directory Snmp so you have to go further into snmp directory and delete all files which are into snmp directory.

rmdir flash:/html OR delete flash:html/*

Try "del flash:/html/*.* " then delete each file as it asks you if you want to delete them, say yes . Not sure why you want or need to delete the file . This file is only relevant if you happen to be one of the few people who use a browser to manage one of these switches .
