Destination port translation

We have a server located on the web which host a application on port 8888.

The clients are on VSAT with private IP ( 10.x.x.x ) and get NATed to 203.x.x.x at the HUB before accessing the server 194.x.x.x.

Problem: Due to some reasons in the VSAT we are not able to forward the port 8888. We can configure the client to access at port 21 instead of 8888. Now the NAT router at the HUB needs to translate this port 21 to 8888 on the destination address 194.x.x.x.

We have tried all the possible combinations with "Ip nat inside/outside.." and "IP nat service..", but all of them seems to work only on source ports and not on destination port. We are using cisco 7206 for NAT with IOS 12.0(7)XE1.
