Determining wildcard mask

What would the wildcard mask be for 255.255.240.0? And what's the trick for figuring this out on my own in the future?

Wild card is the inverse of the subnet mask.

Your Subnet mask : 255.255.240.0

Wild card mask : 0.0.15.255

Easy way to calculate Wild card mask: Just subtract your subnet mask from 255, octet by octet.
