DFM 1.2 alerts stop after a few days-have to restart

We are having a problem with DFM. We are getting alerts fine, but after a few days the alerts stop coming, and the only way we can get the alerts going again is to restart the Ciscoworks processes. What can we do to fix this problem? Why is this happening?

There could be some threshold set which might be avoiding the alerts from coming. Check out the following document for information.
