Hi all, hopefully someone can help with this.

I'm pretty new to Cisco routers and need help with the following please:

We have purchased a Cisco 801 router for a client. We need to achieve the following scenario and we're not sure if it can be done with the 801:

We want to install the 801at the clients head-office connected to their LAN. From a remote location we then want to dial-in to the head-office LAN via ISDN using an ISDN terminal adapter connected to an NT workstation. The 801 will be used to authenticate the remote user and allow them access to the LAN. Can the 801 be used to authenticate INCOMING calls from a remote location or are we barking up the wrong tree?

I've read through the documentation and it seems conflicting. It talks about dialer maps to allow incoming calls but also mentions CiscoSecure ACS? Can anyone give me some pointers/conceptual info. on were to look and how to acheive this

Now you can use the Cisco Secure ACS which is AAA server for authentication
