You use this command to tell the router to regard looped interface as down. In this case router choose another path to route packets via dynamic routing or via another static route. Route, which points to interface which is down is automatically removed from routing table.

Hello,
It is OK. But my problem is :
I search a command to desactivate the router interfec to become looped when there is many interrupts in modem. This command (ignore-hw local-loopback ) resolve my problem, but i dont understand how i uses it .

You use this command when modem experiences short outages and a result of it interface can come into loopback state. The signal to enter the loopback state comes into interface through pin #18 of RS-232. The command you specified makes interface ignore any signal on pin #18, so interface will not go into loopbacked state.
