Hi I am currently on version 2.0 of prime and wish to downgrade to 1.3 then upgrade to version 1.4.2 is this possible?

you should be able to login into your account and have access to the software versions that you are going to install. for more information since you have a smartnet please contact cisco TAC so they can help you with the process of the downgrade and upgrade. hope this helps!

Step 1 The recovery ISO is available through Cisco TAC. Contact Cisco TAC to obtain the recovery ISO image file.
Step 2 Download the recovery ISO image file.
Step 3 Burn the recovery ISO image file to a DVD.
