I have a ds3 that I am trying to turn up and need help. I have a circuit built from 15454 to 15454 through our network. The ports at both ends are up and the circuit is built. On one end I am trying to connect from the 15454 ds3 backplane to a 7206 enhanced atm adapter but I have an rx alarm on the adapter and the atm interface is down.
I do not know what configuration statements I need in the router in order for this to come up. Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks

Are you using the PA-T3 card in the 7206? What is the config that you have setup right now on both routers. Have you put up a loop on the other end of the circuit back to the router in question? For the interface to come up it needs to see the framing coming from something in the circuit. Start with looping back the router first and go further from there. Just ensure that you set the clock to internal when looping back directly on the router.
