Good Day,
Can someone please let me know if the Cisco 4006 switch supports dynamic ip routing (eg. RIP, OSPF or EIGRP) or not? I think it doesn't but just want to make sure, thanks.

With sup3/4, yes it does. Supervisor 2 engine is purely layer 2 and does not support routing.
What kind of Supervisor engine do you have?

This is the one I have:
1000BaseX Supervisor WS-X4013

WS-X4013 cannot support any L3 routing protocols. You'll need a WS-X4232-L3 module or migrate to Supervisor3/4 engine

If you use the sup III or SUP IV engine.

You can also use a WS-X4232-L3 module with a SUPII engine.
