When advertising eigrp routes out of an interface, if im joining my interfaces onm a 192.168.10.0 network for example, do i need to advertise this in eigrp even though there would be only 2 addresses ?

Yes u have to.... If you want to send eigrp updates thro. that interface, u have to advertise.

I think I'm confused by the question....
Are you asking if you have this:
(stuff)---A---B---C---(stuff)
If you have to advertise the link between A and B to advertise the networks behind A to C from B? If so, you don't have to. You can filter out the A to B network at B, towards C, and everything will still work fine. If you're asking if you have to include the A to B link in the EIGRP process on A and B, then the answer is yes, you must, for A and B to form a neighbor adjacency across the link.
