EPL with VLAN Tagging

Good day everyone,

I was wondering if any on you had experience in configuring Cisco routers with a EPL setup with their ISP. Here's the deal:

We have 4 sites, we'll call them Site A, B, C & D. We've installed a Cisco 891F Router (which acts as the DHCP) at each location as well as a Cisco Layer 2 switch.

Site A is the Main Site, it's also the only site with a gigabit Internet connection. Site A will be sharing its Internet connection with sites B,C, & D.

the ISP installed their NID at Site A with 3 ports:

Port 1 - Gigabit Internet

Port 2 - Trunk port with all the EPL traffic from the other sites, each site with their own VLAN tag. (100M EPL x3, VID 448,449,458)

Port 3 - Fiber line that goes to ISP core router.

Both routers and switches, at all sites are currently using VLAN1, LAN subnets are all different at all 4 locations.

So in the long run, the goal here is to:

- have Site A to be able to communicate to Site B,C, & D. (vice versa)

- Have Site B, C, & D have Internet access through Site A.

Since there is no GUI for these routers I'm kind of lost of where to start. How should I go to configuring each router?

Any input helps.

Thanks,

You could take a look at the free Cisco Configuration Professional, which provides a GUI.

Personally, I think you should engage with a Cisco partner.

Potentially you could engage your ISP to configure the routers for you as well.
