When accessing CWLMS from the server itself I can successfully log in to the CiscoWorks desktop and use the majority of the apps, however when I try to load the .jsp files for things like SNMP settings, discovery settings etc I get the following error:

Java.net.SocketException: Reply from SOCKS server has bad version 72

This does not occur from other client browsers which indicates and issue with the server browser, however I can see no difference between browser installs and patching etc, the services have been started and stopped and the server rebooted with no effect.

Does anyone have any ideas?

Thanks in anticipation

Nick

What OS? What browser and version?

I have managed to resolve this now, it was due to the IE thinking it was in need of a reboot following a previous install (even though plenty of reboots had already been done!).

Thanks for your reply anyway.

Nick
