Is there an easy way to tell what Ethernet frame type is run on our network?
Thanks.

If your network is TCP/IP then most frame types are going to be Ethernet II frames. You could use a network-capturing device to determine the majority of your frames. Ethereal is a freeware network capture tool that runs on Windows and Unix.

The other point to mention is that both Ethernet II and Ethernet 802.3 frames can happily coexist on the LAN.
