Hi,
I would like to know the correct configuration from our main router connecting to the warehouse router, this will extend our internet connection to our warehouse..
Note: We are connected via leased line connection from Main Office to warehouse:
Scenario:
Router#1 - Head Office Internet Router
Router#2 - Head Office To Warehouse Router
Router#3 - Warehouse To Head Office Router
Objective: Is to extend our internet connection to our warehouse..
Can this be possible..
Thanks..
Arthur

Hi,
yes it's possible. Just have a default static route configured on R3 pointing to R2 as the next-hop. Does R2 already have connection to the internet via R1? If not, connect R2 & R1, configure another default static route on R2 with the next-hop to R1. Unless u have routing protocols running between the 3 routers, u can a default route propagated from R1.

Hi,
Thanks for you immediate reply, can you try to elaborate more on what you are telling me, this is to focus on configuration..
You can give sample configuration if you like..
Note: I use Router RIP version 2 for our warehouse but we use ip route for our internet connection..
Please help on this or do you have any ideas on this..
Thanks again...
