We have a Sup1A-2GE and it came with 64MB DRAM and 16MB of onboard flash. We are upgrading the DRAM to 128MB in order to upgrade our CatOS to 7.6x, but it seems the flash is too small to hold the CatOS with the Cisco view options. Is it possible to upgrade the onboard flash? Or do we just use the removeable flash cards? Thanks.

The bootflash for Sup1a cannot be upgraded. You will need to use the PCMCIA flash card.
