I'm trying to migrate the E1 link from HDLC to frame-relay encapsulation. It works using back-to-back UTP (1,2,4,5) cable. One end i configure as switching and DCE type. Clock rate set when configure as back2back. When run in real E1 link, the ping packet never reach 100 % success rate. (ping when HDLC configured is ok)
What is the possible reason?
Is there any parameter i can tuned?
The PVC is UP, DLCI Active and LMI is up.
